about this page
Humans are part of ecology too.
We have always interacted
with other species and with the environment. Now, in this time of
growing ecological crisis, we need wisdom to help us understand
our interactions with nature and solve our environmental problems.
The authors of the above
commentaries come from many different cultures, traditions, academic
disciplines and religions. They use dissimilar terminologies and
express different motivations for preserving nature. Yet, all
articulate important concepts that can help us understand the
environmental crisis and the solutions to it.
