QUESTION:
What is Ecology?
ANSWER:
There are two definitions:
(1) The
interactions that organisms have with other organisms and with their
environment.
(2) The
science that studies these interactions.
An Ecologist
is a professionally-trained scientist who studies these interactions.
Usually he or she has an academic degree in Ecology or a related field.
