Figure 3. The Andean Condor (Vultur gryphus) is the only
species of New World Vulture that is sexually dimorphic (i.e. the male and
female look recognizably different). The male is larger in size than
the female, has a large comb extending from the top of the head down to
the top of the beak, and possesses large wattles on the neck.
